Ongoing training, site inductions and accreditation so every crew works to the same consistent, accountable standard.

How we manage risk on site

Assess before we start

Each job begins with a risk assessment and a Safe Work Method Statement that identifies the hazards on that specific site and sets out the controls to bring high-risk work down to a managed level.

Keep crews current

Following the method is mandatory for every technician. Safety meetings, toolbox talks and on-site discussions keep the team working to plan and learning from each job.

Review and improve

We operate to the relevant guidelines and check our own work, so the result is a high-quality finish backed by sound processes rather than a one-off effort.
