These terms set out the basis on which the business trading as Logiclean (ABN 87 409 016 719) provides exterior cleaning services, and the terms on which you may use this website. By booking a service with us, or by using this website, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. If anything is unclear, get in touch before your service goes ahead.
Terms & Conditions of Trade
1. Application and acceptance
These terms apply to every quote, booking and job we carry out, and they override anything to the contrary that you might send us, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Accepting a quote, asking us to start work, or paying a deposit or invoice all count as acceptance of these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you book.
2. Some definitions
- We, us, Logiclean — the business trading as Logiclean and its team.
- You, the customer — the person or organisation that requests the services.
- Services — the exterior cleaning work described in your quote or booking, such as window, gutter, solar-panel, pressure and soft washing.
- Quote — our written estimate of the price for the services.
- Premises — the property where the services are carried out.
3. Quotes, price and GST
- Quotes are based on the information you give us and what we can reasonably see at the time. They are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Our minimum call-out for gutter cleaning is $150 including GST. Smaller jobs may attract this minimum.
- If the site differs from what was quoted — size, access, height, condition or scope — we may need to adjust the price. We will talk to you before doing extra chargeable work (see section 8).
4. Payment
- Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
- We accept the payment methods shown on your invoice. Title to any goods supplied stays with us until you have paid in full.
- For larger or commercial jobs we may ask for a deposit or progress payments, which we will set out in your quote.
5. Window cleaning
We clean the glass, frames and sills that are safely reachable with our standard equipment. Where windows are painted shut, sealed, or cannot be reached safely, we will clean what we can and let you know. Minor existing scratches, hard-water etching, paint flecks or mineral staining may not lift with a standard clean; we will tell you if a specialist restoration is needed.
6. Gutter cleaning
Gutter cleaning means removing leaf litter and debris from the gutters and, where included in your quote, clearing downpipe entries we can access. We work to the parts of the roof and gutter line that can be reached safely under current height-safety rules. We are not responsible for pre-existing rust, damage, poor falls or blockages further down the downpipe that are only revealed once the gutters are cleared.
7. Other exterior cleaning
Pressure washing, soft washing, solar-panel, roof and surface cleaning are carried out using methods suited to the surface. Some staining — oxidation, organic growth that has penetrated the surface, or old sealer failure — may improve rather than disappear entirely. We will set realistic expectations before we start.
8. Variations and site conditions
If we find conditions that were not apparent when we quoted, or you ask for work beyond the agreed scope, that is a variation. We will explain the change and the cost, and only proceed once you approve it. Verbal approvals given on site are binding so we can keep your job moving.
9. Scheduling, access and cancellations
- We will agree a date and arrival window with you. Weather, especially for height work, can move a booking; we will give you as much notice as we can.
- Please give us safe, clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including gates, power and water where needed.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-access call-outs may incur a fee to cover the booked time.
10. Your responsibilities
- Tell us about anything that affects safety or the work — fragile roofing, solar wiring, pets, alarms, recent painting or sealing, or known defects.
- Move or protect fragile items near the work area, and close windows and doors before exterior washing.
- Make sure we can reach the premises and that the property is safe to work on.
11. Workmanship and our re-clean guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not happy with the standard of a clean, let us know within 7 days and we will come back and put it right at no charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover staining or damage that cannot be removed by the agreed method, or fresh dirt, weather marks or bird activity after we leave. Nothing in these terms limits the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Liability and insurance
Logiclean carries public liability insurance and works to recognised safety standards. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss connected with the services is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects we could not reasonably have known about, or loss caused by inaccurate information or unsafe conditions at the premises. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Overdue accounts and default
- If an account is not paid by the due date, interest may be charged on the overdue amount at the rate set under the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Vic).
- You agree to pay the reasonable costs we incur in recovering an overdue amount, including collection and legal costs.
- We may pause or stop work, or hold further bookings, while an account is overdue.
14. Privacy
We collect only the information we need to quote, schedule and complete your job and to keep in touch with you. We handle it in line with our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your information.
15. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that State.
- If a genuine dispute arises, we both agree to try to resolve it in good faith first — and, if needed, through mediation arranged by the Law Institute of Victoria — before starting court proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.
- If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- Failing to enforce a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any reliance on its content. This does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Information we collect online
When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond. The site may also collect standard analytics and cookie data to help it work and to improve it. We handle all of this in line with our Privacy Policy.
