Some glass and cladding can’t be reached from the ground or a lift. Rope access gets our cleaners safely to every face of the building — cleanly, efficiently, and without closing it down.

What rope access cleaning is
Rope access is the safest, least disruptive way to clean tall and awkward buildings. Our technicians descend on twin ropes — a working line and a backup — to reach glass, cladding and surfaces that scaffolding and elevated work platforms can’t practically or affordably get to.
It suits high-rise and mid-rise commercial buildings, atriums, glass facades, and any structure where access is the real challenge. We clean every face thoroughly, then leave the site as we found it.
- High-rise and mid-rise window and glass cleaning
- Facade, cladding and curtain-wall washdowns
- Atriums, skylights and internal voids
- Hard-to-reach surfaces with no safe ground or platform access
Why and when you need it
Scaffold is slow and expensive, and a boom lift can’t reach across podiums, over awnings or into tight setbacks. Rope access solves all three: faster mobilisation, lower cost, and access to faces nothing else can reach.
It’s the right call for scheduled building maintenance, pre-sale or pre-lease presentation, post-construction cleans, and keeping a glass facade looking its best year-round.
How we work, safely
Every job starts with a site assessment, a safe work method statement (SWMS) and a rig plan for the anchors and access points. Our rope-access technicians are trained and work to recognised industrial rope-access and height-safety standards, and we carry full public liability insurance.
On the building, we use purified water and professional glass tools for a streak-free, mineral-free finish, and surface-appropriate methods for cladding and render. We work to a schedule that keeps your tenants, customers and ground-level traffic clear and safe throughout.
